Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• Item is unworn and unwashed
• Original tags are still attached
• Item is in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been worn or washed
• Gift cards

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@pawprestigecouture.com to initiate a return
2. Receive your return authorization and shipping label
3. Pack items securely in original packaging
4. Ship the package using the provided label

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange items for a different size (subject to availability). Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@pawprestigecouture.com. We'll arrange a free return and replacement.
